Coaching
👉Initial Consultation and Goal Setting
We begin with an informal (no obligation) consultation, more like a chat really! Our work together is a collaborative partnership, so we need to get to know each other a little and if we are a good fit. During our chat, we’ll define what you want to achieve out of this coaching partnership, and what your personal and professional goals are. I may also ask for you to fill out my FORM so you can go deep in exploring more.
👉 Tailored Coaching Plan
Based on our chat and the level of coaching you chose, (i.e. weekly catch ups, or in-person observation) I will create a customised coaching plan as to how we can move forward and begin our collaboration. Whether you’re facing pressure during a tournament, managing a new team, or balancing the demands of coaching with personal life, the plan will be structured to help you meet your goals.
👉 Check - ins and On Demand Support
In addition, I will regularly check in with your progress, review any challenges or make adjustments to ensure you are staying on course. I provide flexible support outside of scheduled sessions, offering you the opportunity to reach out whenever you need guidance or advice. Whether you need to make an important decision, need feedback on a strategy, or simply want to talk through a challenge, I’m available via phone, text, or email to provide support and help you navigate any situation that arises.
👉 Tailored Resources and Tools
Using my extensive experience working in coach development and with an extensive network of performance coaches within my network, I can provide you with practical resources that align with specific needs. These might include frameworks, strategies, stress management techniques, case studies or simply some inspirational insights. These resources are designed to support your growth and equip you with tangible skills to apply in your day-to-day coaching.
